LLC was founded in early 2004 by Shawn Javid, Ph.D. to provide software along
with personalized consulting, training, and web-based services to the investment
community. For the past decade, Dr. Javid has played key roles for leading
analytic software vendors including Insightful/MathSoft and Visual Numerics
(Precision Visuals and IMSL) in developing, marketing and selling analytical
software and services to Wall Street and other industries. Most recently Dr.
Javid was president and CEO of Insightful Corporation (NASDAQ:IFUL).
